Scott J. Fisher, the co-chair of the Litigation group, is a trial lawyer and counselor. Scott concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on class actions. Recognized as a leader in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, Scott is cited as “an excellent trial lawyer” and an “extremely able counsel and advocate.”
Scott has considerable jury and non-jury trial experience, and represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the U.S. He has been involved with a wide range of cases and areas of law, including consumer and commercial fraud, antitrust, uniform commercial code and common law contract, business torts, governmental investigations, bankruptcy, health law, ERISA and corporate structure and governance.
