Douglas J. Lubelchek represents clients involved in complex real estate and finance transactions, including developers, private real estate companies, publicly traded real estate investment trusts, banks and insurance companies, and management and leasing companies in connection with transactions involving office properties, shopping centers, apartment complexes, industrial sites, hotels, military bases and other government facilities. He regularly handles complex joint venture transactions and represents clients in various portfolio transactions and transactions involving loan assumptions, bond issuances, new construction, sale-leasebacks, residential development, condominium conversions and like-kind exchanges.
