Experts suggest that the company's insurance policies may not fully cover the losses or compensate the victims' families and investors. Elbert anticipates fights over wrongful death claims and waiver application, stating, "These are high net worth individuals that... probably didn't anticipate that they were going to die in this manner." The company's potential insolvency may lead to further lawsuits, and the coverage will depend on the findings of the investigation.
